Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 US states. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays. If you have any questions about your shipment, our support team is always happy to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from Nextbyteon. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, simply contact us at nextbyteon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are also accepted for the same item in a different variant. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
