Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at nextbyteon@gmail.com with your order number to start the process.

First check your tracking number sent by email. If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us at support@nextbyteon.com and we will investigate right away.
